It is absolutely no secret that most people are affected by anxiety and/or stress in one form or another. I mean, get real, even the coolest cucumber has a stressful day now and then.

Let’s just walk away from it. No…seriously. Let’s walk away from all the things that trigger stress for two days and see what a tremendous difference giving ourselves that kind of love will make.

Let’s hit RESET for real! You’re gonna love it!

Feel the stress of the work week willingly melt away with laughter, journaling, self healing tools, yoga, meditation, music, and optimizing all the amazing qualities you have.

You really are worth a weekend… it can change the rest of your life.

We follow these skill sets with activities which help to solidify your understanding of who you are and how you can forge a path toward attaining your goals. We strip away self doubt and patterns which have led you to believe you are not meant to dream big and we absolutely crush those patterns to help your find ways to support your new understanding of how cool and amazing you are.

About the organizer, Bets Danko:

“I believe people should be participants in their own journey. Positive changes happen when you actively take part in and embrace your evolution as a person. We are meant to grow and evolve, so let's work together to change our old patterns and create spiritually healthy lives. ”

Bets has more than 20 years experience in developing positive interpersonal interactions and helping others recharge their minds, bodies, and souls. She has been called to speak throughout Southern California and Western Pennsylvania about Parenting, Homeopathy, Natural Health options, Home Schooling, and Spirituality.

Bets incorporates words, prayer, meditation, sound healing, spiritual healing, drumming, journeying, and many other processes to create a spiritual journey that celebrates your individuality and supports healthy change.

She enjoys helping others embrace their full potential and learn to love who and what they are - full of all the things that make them "different" from what they perceive to be "the rest of the world.”  She celebrates the expression of self and encourage others to lower the masks they wear in the “real” world so they can evolve into  more authentic representations of themselves...beautiful beings of light and love.”

A little bit more about her background….

Bets has worked with some of the biggest names in the securities and film industries in Beverly Hills, Santa Monica and Hollywood, California. Her experience as a liaison between company owners, workers, and clients, reorganizing the workforce and financial structure of advertising companies, and as an independent movie producer has exposed her to the most fundamental element in understanding and navigating human communication… We are one.

In Her spare time, Bets is a professional singer/performer and choreographer who has sung with the Celtic Tenors, California Philharmonic, Doctors Symphony, and Nevada State Opera from The Strand In Zelienople to The Disney Hall in Los Angeles. She has been featured in Stouffers campaigns, and made a name for herself as the narrator for multiple home video campaigns for children including the Me Eloise series of home videos with Lionsgate Entertainment. Bets’ stage credits include Irenie Bennett in the world premiere of Gulls at The Theater At Boston Court, Abuela Claudia in In The Heights with Pittsburgh Musical Theater, Aldonza in Man of La Mancha, Fastrada in Pippin, and Mother in Amahl and the Night Visitors to name a few.

Through her life experiences and her acquired understanding of human nature, Bets has embraced her mission to help you experience inner and outer healing simply by focusing on YOU.

“You must let what happens happen. Everything must be equal in your eyes, good and evil, beautiful and ugly, foolish and wise.”  ― Michael Ende, The Neverending Story
